Whipped Ricotta Crostini is such an easy snack or appetizer to make that comes together in minutes. Plus, there are so many ways to customize it, you may never eat the version twice!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon thyme or herbs of choice
  • Baguette or sourdough bread sliced and toasted

Optional toppings:

  • Honey and sliced figs or peaches
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Roasted red pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add ricotta, oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk by hand for approximately 2 minutes or in a stand mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy. Fold in thyme.
  • Serve with toasted baguette/bread and preferred toppings.
