8 ounces silken tofu
Juice of ½ lemon

kosher salt

teaspoons
horseradish
Pinch
of ground black or white pepper
Optional: minced chives
Instructions
Add tofu, lemon, salt, horseradish, and pepper to a food processor or blender. Process till smooth.
Garnish with optional chives.
