8 ounces silken tofu
2 to 3
cloves
garlic

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
dry mustard
½
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
Optional: minced chives
Instructions
Add tofu, garlic, salt, mustard, and vinegar to a food processor or blender. Process till smooth.
Garnish with optional chives.
