Ingredients

  • ½ package 8 ounces silken tofu
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: minced chives

Instructions

  • Add tofu, garlic, salt, mustard, and vinegar to a food processor or blender. Process till smooth.
  • Garnish with optional chives.
