Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled or plain instant oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup cows milk or plant-based milk
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a container or mason jar, add oats, chia, salt, tahini, maple syrup, milk, and optional vanilla. Mix together well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • When ready to eat, open mix well. Top with banana and pecans.
