Homemade Pumpkin Seed Butter only requires 4 ingredients if you use the oil and cinnamon and is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin seeds!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds toasted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: vegetable oil
  • Optional: cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin seeds and salt to a food processor. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides occasionally. If necessary, add small amount of oil to help smooth out the seed butter.
  • Optional: add pinch of cinnamon or other spices you like while processing.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
