Ingredients

cup
rolled or quick oats
½
can
6 ounces canned pears in 100% juice, drained and chopped

tablespoon
chia seeds
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg
2/3
cup
cow’s milk or plant based milk of choice
Pinch
of salt
¼
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or container. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours.
Serve as is or add desired toppings, such as nuts, coconut, fruit.
