Ingredients

rolled or quick oats
½
scoop protein powder of choice
I like Protelicious Strawberry or Chocolate whey protein powder

teaspoon
chia seeds
2/3
cup
cow’s milk or plant based milk of choice
½
cup
frozen wild blueberries
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or container. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours.
Serve as is or add desired toppings, such as nuts, coconut, fruit.
