Ingredients

  • Optional: crushed freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 ounce seltzer
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • Mint sprig
  • Optional: 1 candy cane

Instructions

  • Optional: wet rim of copper mug, low ball or high ball glass, and dip in crushed freeze dried strawberries.
  • Add ice to glass. Add vodka, lime juice, ginger beer, and seltzer into glass. Mix together.
  • Add pomegranate seeds.
  • Garnish with mint sprig and optional candy cane.
