Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • Optional: water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add tahini, miso, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and vinegar and whisk together well.
  • Optional: add water and continue to whisk till desired consistency reached.
