tahini

miso
Juice of ½ lemon

garlic

grated ginger

kosher salt

rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
Optional: water
Instructions
In a bowl, add tahini, miso, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and vinegar and whisk together well.
Optional: add water and continue to whisk till desired consistency reached.
