Ingredients

  • ½ pound brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together brussels sprouts, oil, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  • Place brussels sprouts on baking sheet, cut side down, in a single layer.
  • Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
