Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or cow’s milk or other plant-based milk
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Add oats, chia seeds, and salt to a mason jar or air tight container and mix together.
  • Add almond milk and mix well.
  • Add mango, close container, and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to eat: open container and mix well.
  • Optional: Top with chopped nuts.
