Ingredients

cup
quick cooking oats
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
Pinch
of salt
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or cow’s milk or other plant-based milk
½
cup
frozen mango
Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds, and salt to a mason jar or air tight container and mix together.
Add almond milk and mix well.
Add mango, close container, and place in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to eat: open container and mix well.
Optional: Top with chopped nuts.

overnight oats can remain in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
