1cupunsweetened almond milkcow’s milk, or other plant-based milk of choice
1teaspoonmaple syrup or honey
½teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupdiced mango
2tablespoonstoasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Add chia seeds, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a mason jar or air tight container. Mix well and feel free to close the lid and give it a shake.
Place container in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Open container and stir pudding. Top with mango and coconut.
