Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (note: can swap out cheese for walnuts)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • Blend all ingredients together in vitamix
