Ingredients

small red onion
diced small

English cucumber
cut into half moons

tomato
seeded and diced

chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime

salt

plain Greek yogurt or plain regular yogurt
Instructions
In a bowl, add onion, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, lime, and salt and mix together well.
Add yogurt and combine all ingredients well.
Serve with vegetables, meat, poultry, or fish.
