Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 avocado halved, and flesh scooped out
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender/food processor and process till smooth

Serve with crudite and pita bread.
