Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat or nonfat plain kefir
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup baby spinach

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in Vitamix/blender and process until smooth.
