Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups cow’s milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup frozen butternut squash pieces
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or silken tofu

Instructions
