Ingredients

  • ¼ cup crème fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 apricots halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together crème fraiche and cream. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter. Once melted, add apricots to the pan, cut side down.
  • Cook till light golden brown then flip over. Drizzle with honey and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Serve topped with crème fraiche mixture.
