Ingredients

cup
rolled oats or quick cooking oats
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
Pinch
of salt
1/3
cup
cow’s milk or unsweetened plant-based milk
1/3
cup
coffee
Optional: ½ teaspoon sugar
½
cup
frozen wild blueberries
or another fruit
Instructions
In an airtight container, add oats, chia, salt, milk, coffee, and optional sugar and mix together well.
Add frozen blueberries, close container, and place in the refrigerator.
Allow to sit at least 4 hours or overnight.
