Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup cow’s milk or unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup coffee
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries or another fruit

Instructions

  • In an airtight container, add oats, chia, salt, milk, coffee, and optional sugar and mix together well.
  • Add frozen blueberries, close container, and place in the refrigerator.
  • Allow to sit at least 4 hours or overnight.
