Ingredients

  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 6 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • or maple syrup
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons espresso or strong coffee
  • Optional toppings: berries chocolate shavings, whipped cream, mint

Instructions

  • 1.In a food processor,add melted chocolate, ricotta, vanilla, honey and optional espresso. Process until creamy and smooth.
  • 2.Pour into two containers (low ball glasses, wine glasses, martini glasses,
  • ramekins, etc) and place in the refrigerator. Allow to set for at least one hour.
  • 3.Serve with optional toppings.
