Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper and spread the popcorn on the sheets.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, stir, and cook again in 15 second intervals. Stir between each interval. Cook until just melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on the popcorn (a fork may help the process) and allow to sit for 10 minutes to dry.
