In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips. Microwave in 10 to 30 second increments, stopping to mix as you go, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip individual potato chips into the chocolate, about halfway for each. Place chocolate covered chips on parchment paper.
Allow chips to completely air dry or place in refrigerator or freezer to dry quicker.
Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
