4cupscold water
2tablespoonsmaple syrup or honey
1 ½teaspoonsvanilla extract
¼cupcocoa powderor cacao powder
Pinchof salt
Pinchof cinnamonoptional

Instructions
Drain and rinse cashews.
Place cashew, water, sweetener of choice, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and spices (optional) in a high powered blender. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, starting on low and increasing speed gradually, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Place cashew milk in a container and store in the refrigerator.
