Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2 cups low fat cow’s milk or non dairy milk plain and unsweetened
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil spray.
  • In a large bowl, add oats, baking powder, salt, and cocoa and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve topped with plain yogurt and fresh berries.
