Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil spray.
In a large bowl, add oats, baking powder, salt, and cocoa and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve topped with plain yogurt and fresh berries.
