Cherry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cow’s milk or non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup frozen cherries defrosted
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Toppings of choice: fruit granola, nuts

Instructions

  • In a blender or small food processor, add milk, cherries, and maple syrup. Blend till cherries are mostly broken down.
  • Split mixture into 2 mason jars or containers. Add 2 tablespoons to each container and mix together well.
  • Cover each container and place in the refrigerator to set for at least one hour or overnight.
  • Serve with toppings of choice.
