Ingredients

tablespoons
unsalted butter
½
cup
brown sugar
½
cup
heavy cream
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and melt.
Add sugar and heavy cream and stir well with a spatula.
Bring to a boil, then boil for 4 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally.
Turn off heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
Transfer to a container and allow to cool.
