Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 pieces crusty bread toasted
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 can 2 ounces anchovy fillets in oil
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and oil.
  • Spread some of the yogurt mixture on each piece of bread and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Place 2 anchovies on each slice of bread and garnish with parsley.
