plain nonfat Greek yogurt

teaspoon
mayonnaise
2
teaspoons
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
chopped capers
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
4
pieces
crusty bread
toasted
Sea Salt
Ground black pepper
1
can
2 ounces anchovy fillets in oil
Fresh parsley
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and oil.
Spread some of the yogurt mixture on each piece of bread and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Place 2 anchovies on each slice of bread and garnish with parsley.
