Ingredients

almond flour

rolled oats

baking powder

teaspoon
kosher salt

maple sugar

egg
beaten

nut butter

vegetable oil

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar and egg till fully incorporated and gets a bit fluffy. Add nut butter and oil and continue to whisk.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together. Fold in chocolate chips.
Place 2-tablespoon portions of dough on prepared baking sheet, approximately 1-inch apart.
Bake 15 minutes till edges are lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool.
