On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a rectangle (approximately 6-7x12-13 inches). Spread 3 tablespoons pizza sauce on the dough, being sure to leave a ½-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle cheese and red pepper flakes on the dough on top of the sauce.
Roll the dough into a log from the long side, keeping it as tight as possible. Place pizza roll, seam-side down on a baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to firm up and make it easier to slice.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray air fryer tray with oil spray.
Once chilled, slice pizza roll into 1-inch rounds and place into air fryer in a single layer. Spray with oil spray. Cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with remaining pizza sauce.
