Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn
Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn is an easy sweet and salty treat that’s easy to make, great for parties, and is made in just minutes!
Today I am combining some of my favorite ingredients, popcorn, and dark chocolate! If you are thinking this is an easy recipe, you are exactly right! You may also be wondering if this recipe is considered a healthy snack, and the short answer is yes!

Health Benefits of Popcorn and Dark Chocolate
Depending on how your popcorn is prepared will determine how healthy it is. Any time you make homemade popcorn by air popping or in the Instant Pot, it’s a little better than the store-bought version.
Sometimes store-bought popcorn contains artificial ingredients, preservatives, and may not be fit for every lifestyle (ex. Vegan, vegetarian, heart-healthy, etc.).
Popcorn is actually a whole grain and high in fiber, so when you want a crunchy snack, it does make a good one!
Moving onto the nutrition in dark chocolate. When chocolate is 70-85% of natural cocoa, it offers a ton of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.
There have even been studies that show that consuming dark chocolate may help with improving blood flow, lowering blood pressure, and change the way cholesterol (LDH) reacts with free radicals.
Choosing the Best Dark Chocolate
If you are looking to get the most nutrition out of the chocolate, you will want to choose a higher quality one made with the least artificial flavors and the most natural ingredients.
