Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons wing hot sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
  • fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  • Toss cauliflower with oil and salt, spread on baking sheet, roast ~15 minutes.
  • Combine hot sauce and sriracha in bowl, add roasted cauliflower and toss to coat. Return cauliflower to baking sheet and continue roasting ~15-20 minutes further.
  • Spritz with fresh lemon juice.
