Chocolate orange overnight oats have the best flavor and are packed with protein to keep you full all morning!

The orange chocolate combo is one that we often forget about. To some, this may seem like an odd combination, but in all honesty it’s delicious!

There’s just something about the zesty flavors mixed with chocolatey goodness. In the past I made a Chocolate Orange Cake that everyone went crazy over!

Overnight oats make breakfast prep easy! Not to mention they are a great source of fiber and protein. These are perfect when trying to sneak in a little more nutrition for the picky eaters.

Tips for Making

  • To make these overnight oats gluten-free, simply check the label on the oats.
  • This recipe is already vegan friendly as long as a plant based milk is used.
  • If you are meal prepping and the oats are refrigerated for a few days, you may want to add a splash of milk before eating. The oats and chia constantly soak up the liquid, so they get thicker over time.
  • To add more orange flavor without using actual slices, go with zest instead.
  • Overnight oats will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator as long as they are sealed.
  • These are also great when they are slightly warmed. Just microwave them for a few seconds before serving.
